Appointments & payments policy

Deposit required to secure a consultation: £35 for check-ups, £50 for new patient consultations, £75 for emergencies.
Deposit is non-refundableif you don't attend, are more than 10 minutes late, or cancel with less than one full working day's notice.
Treatments are paid for in advance to book the appointment slot.
Cancellations / postponements with one full working day's notice are eligible for a full refund of pending treatment.
Missed appointments may be charged at £100 per hour of unused chair time.
